Fishing & tourist permit confusion??
« on: September 21, 2012, 05:14:00 PM »
I plan to go sportfishing around the Coronado Islands and am confused by the Mexican laws surrounding the day tourist visa? Do I need it, do I need to go to Ensenada to get it? Can I get it in San Diego?

It seems there are many questions and answers on this issue, can anyone clarify them?

Don't sure but I think it compulsory for Mexican to get sports fishing permit for fishing around Coronado Islands. May be you get this let in San Diego but it is not sure.

Coronado Islands is one the best places for fishing in America and you sure need a visa. I think you should get it in San Diego.
