Help with moving to PV

We are planning a move down to PV in the upcoming months. Two of us are dual citizens (Mexican/American) and one is an American. Is it better to go in as an American or Mexican? What are the advantages/disadvantages?

What are the legalities of bringing in a car, household goods, etc? Oneof us is an American chiropractor and would like to establish a practice in PV? How do I do that? Who do I talk to? What licenses do I need and what agency do I contact? Any good recommendations for a great attorney that can get these thing done. Thanks in advance
