Looking for long term rental in Mazatlan 2007

We are a retired couple from Canada looking for a condo or apartment in Mazatlan for Jan., Feb., March, & April 2007 in Mazatlan.
It must have secure parking, full kitchen, washer, drier, phone, statelitte t.v.
and a heated pool, for the wife.
Our price range is up to $ 800.00 per month and we have lived the last two winters in Maz and are very familiar with the city.
We will only deal with owners, no agents, and we will supply references.
