Low cost hotels/motels in Tijuana

Anybody recommend any? All the hotels I saw on AAA were $70 and up. I'm looking for something cheaper than that, but which is not an absolute dump.

I have stayed the last few times I was in Tijuana at one that is on the main street. Its called The Espasda, I don't think I spelled it right. But the sign out side say Rio Rita. It was 30, sunday to Thursday and 52 on weekends for a double. It was very clean and the people were nice. Some times it gets kind of noisy, weekends, but not bad. I like it cause its right down town and I can just walk out onto the street and walk around. Some don't like the fact that a bar is right next door, but I never heard any noise from them, just from the kids at the bar down the street and the loud music they play all night. I have been going to Tijuana to look for a place to live, and have stay only at this one, no problems.
