Bus to Vallarta
There are some very nice buses that you can take. Here is a website you start with that lists some options to go from Tijuana to Puerto Vallarta. These buses are much nicer than anything you would ever ride in the US:

Not sure what happened on Baja's post ,,, but here's info on the Tijuana bus station with prices. I would catch one of a few to Tepic and transfer there to Vallarta.
