Hi
Does anybody know the regulations regarding foriegn yachts and ships arriving into Mexico with regards to stores held onboard? I am coming into Mexico onboard a private yacht with 20+ crew and I would like to know what types of food I am permitted to bring in with me - also is there a limit on alchohol. Are meats and canned/dried food permitted? Can I bring frozen food into the country? Any information would be greatly appreciated. We are coming from Australia via Tahiti. Thanks Duncan |

I agree with Tijuanero
food on board should not need to be declared if for consumption, they might look for illegal drugs but not food. Imagine million ships and Cruises enter Mexico's water.By the way Consulate in San Francisco did not know either. ![]() |
