Inexpensive rental in Chacala Nayarit

The rental I stayed in for six months last winter in Chacala, Nayarit (a small village on the Pacific Ocean north of Puerto Vallarta) is available for approx $200 USD or 2000 pesos a month. Please contact me for further information. The owner is a sixty-five old woman who is the sole support of a handicapped adult daughter and a semi-disabled husband. She does not have any idea how to market her unit and is often stands empty. It's a great unit, private and large with a lovely view.
