Hi, I am interesting in learning more about Spanish culture. Could someone please answers these question, i'd be very appreciative. Thks!
1) What have you been taught about the nature of God (belief in the existence of, organized religion, atheism, an afterlife)? -Who taught you about this? -Why do you suppose you were taught this? -What motives led your parents or teachers to teach you this belief? 2) What have you been taught about the importance of family (elders, interconnectedness, responsibilities to other family members)? -Who taught you these things? 3) What is the meaning of life (major goal)? 4) What do you believe are the qualities that make for success (financial and relational success)? -Who taught you these things? 5) How do you feel about male-female roles in your culture? -Are men and women expected to conform to traditional roles? -Who taught you this? -What motives did your teachers have in teaching this? 6) How do you feel about intercultural interactions? -Is it acceptable in your culture to marry someone outside of the culture? Why or why not? 7) How do you view time in your culture? Do you do many tasks at once, or only focus on one at a time? -Do you consider the people of your culture to be more independent or more group-oriented? Give an example. |

Hardly anyone on this forum is a Spaniard or Mexican (a few), but there are a lot of frustrated writers, so you'll get some long and wild answers.
