Is anyone from US living in Ciudad Acuna, Mexico?
Is anyone living in Ciudad Acuna, Mexico? As I understand it, this is the first city you come to when you leave Del Rio, Texas. Am I right on this?
I would like to email someone from this city for help in retrieving a marriage license from 1971 or the address where I could write for my records. I need it for social security reasons. I am on disability and need it for a claim or they will deny me. Please help. I live in Arkansas. Thanks Betty
