documentation needed to enter
we are getting ready to visit cancun. I have friend who is taking her nephew with her. We have a notorized letter from his mom to take him out of the country now we need one from the dad. The dad has not been in the picture for about 10 years and his mom never divorced him. Dont know what to do cant get papers saying she has sole custody. Cant find the dad to obtain letter. Im afraid he will not be able to go. Anybody have any suggestions
