Hotel Bahia in Ensenada - FYI

I stayed in this hotel just last weekend and it was a terrible pace to stay. I had 2 rooms and 1 Suite reserved . I had to cancel the 2 rooms and kept Suite. They charged me for a one night stay for the 2 rooms. I tried to tell them when I made reservation no one said anything about the cancellation policy. They did not believe me.

The suite had no hot water for the shower. I brought my concerns to the front desk at 6am the next morning and nothing was done all day. At around 8 - 9pm I told the front desk again of the problem.

So, the front desk guy comes up and spends about 25 minutes trying to get the BROKEN shower handle to work. He gets luke warm water to come out and tells me it's hot water. I adjust the broken handle again and out comes the nice ice cold water.

I tried to let the front desk know of my concerns and how they should adjust the rate for my stay at the hotel. I was not asking for a free room, I felt that the staff should have remedied this by discounting the room though. The front desk was very uncooperative and said no.

So, FYI do not stay at the Hotel Bahia in Ensenada. Look elsewhere first.
