Have you tried contacting the Mexico Branch? You can get their phone number by calling the US branch. I'd post it but wouldn't want to make a problem for them. We're planning on moving down in March of 2006 - Jehovah willing. Hope all goes well for you.

very prevalent in Mexico
In every moderately large city in Mexico, there are numerous Kingdom Halls. I think you could just show up and ask. In Toluca, the maid's mother was JW. In Acapulco, we have several JW families on our block.
