Default selling motorcycle to mexican to bring back to mexico

I have a bike that I want to sell to a mexican citizen for him to take back to mexico. We were wondering what the process is. I know with cars it has to be within so many miles of the border and have under 10k miles on it. My bike has 9k miles on it and I was wondering if bikes were the same as cars and if anyone knows where I can get information on the process. I know you cant sell autos that are on a temp visa but if they come to the USA and purchase the vehicle what are the steps for them to get it back in to Mexico?

Thanks.

Mexican citizens can buy cars, motorcycles or any toys but make sure keep the bills of sale and pink slips and go to Mexican custom at the border and declare pay tax and take it home then tranfer the plate to local plate.
