Vacation time
We are planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta in the end of March - is that going to be crazy busy with tourist?

I'm not sure specifically about PV, but a time to definitely avoid in 2006 is April 7th thru 23rd....Holy Week (and the week after). Just about everyone IN mexico is on holiday and the beaches get really busy.

You will find most colleges to be on spring break during the months of March and April, so there will definitely be lots of tourists and college kids in PV during that time.
