I recently bought a condo in Puerto Vallarta and wanted to know if anyone can refer me to the correct site for the laws on bringing in used/new furniture to mexico. Also, if anyone knows any shipping companies that would be helpful as well.

Leave the furniture at home, it's not worth the bother of bringing it with you. In most instances it's less expensive to buy locally than to bring the stuff with you. However, if you're thick-skulled, and are bound and determined to lug that s*it with you, read the following:

I support the delicately nuanced reply of QSY. Put more softly, I offer that you will waste time and money, plus give yourself lots of headaches. Sell the furniture up north and buy new stuff in Mexico. It will be fun!
