best cell phone for Mexico?
Which U.S. cell phone provider is most likely to work on the highways of the southwest U.S. (e.g., Palm Springs to El Paso along the I-10) and down into Chihuahua?
I am most interested in something like a Track Phone where we only use it rarely rather than sign up for a lot of minutes per month.
