Air, sea surface temps for Mazatlan?
Anybody have a link for air/sea temps throughout the year for Mazatlan?
I have heard that the northwest winter winds that affect most all of Baja and the mainland down to at least Guaymas are not a factor in Mazatlan. Is that true? Finally, is there a public launch ramp in Mazatlan? How is it controlled? Costs? Hours? TIA
