Default Advice needed urgently

I am attempting to purchase a pure-bred dog from a world-renowned Mexican breeder in Mex. City. I sent a Bank of America cashier's check to an American Express post office box in LA. The checks were made out to American Express, his account number, his name as Am. Express suggested. BofA says checks are still outstanding; he says, true, Am. Ex. has not credited his account. This method of purchasing is not good because we can't find the checks & it will take 90 days before BofA credits back the money to me! Meanwhile, the puppy needs to be shipped right away. ANY advice would be SO appreciated.

Most people use Pay-Pal for service very effective and International, the cost is minimum set up is very simple by E-mail, any dispute is very easy to correct, all you have to do just write to your credit card co. they will reimburst money for you if you do by the procedures correctly.

Default Perplexing Puppy Problem

Dear Chino, Thank you so much for your helpful hint. I will look up Pay-Pal on the Internet. The breeder brought me the dog but still does not have his money! This is not fair to him. Thank you.

The only thing you can do is to wait till they credit back to you, if you don't have copy of your cashier's check you can obtain from the bank that you have purchased. Cashier's check can not be canceled, but can be returned just in case account is not correct but that take time to return.

If you rush to make second payment you are risking double pays, now the heat will be on you.

My handle will be: assurance the seller that he will receives the money plus interest or fee extra untill you can rectify the problem. Good luck !
