Anyone ever use a G.P.S. in Mexico? Garmin has all the main roads & a few big cities.

Garmin has a SD card with a Map of Mexico for about $ 120.. it has all the main roads & the big cities. I am going to buy one for my trip in june if i can get a veh. permit. i forgot to turn in the permit the last time i was there but it is the same veh. so i dont think i will have a major problem.
