my car broke down in mexico am unable to get fixed ,what do i do? and what are the penalties? because i didn't have mexican insurance.signed loca lol

Just walk away if you don't plan on bringing another car in, in the future. The local police should be able to direct you to a place to give your vehicle ... in exchange for paperwork. In other words you give it to the Mexican government. Why would you need proof of insurance if you don't have an accident.

thanks sparks for the info i guessed they just got themselves a junker, who knows maybe they'll be able to get her going. again thanks alot!
