Default Is Pepper Spray legal in Mexico?
Does anyone know Mexican law (either federal or state) regarding the possession of pepper spray? Does anyone know an authoritative source on applicable law? Thanks to all. Larry

not sure.... i purchased one that comes in a white container and looks like a small car fire stinguisher... i have been searched a couple of times with no problems..

you could get creative and stick a firestinguisher sticker on it...

My understanding is only when used on tacos, huevos rancheros y carnitas but i would guess that is state to state

Im not sure if its ilegal or not, but i have one and i live in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico.
And i bought it in a important pharmacy, (a pharmacy with the same name of my city)so....
if it was ilegal, not be sold as easily and much less in a pharmacy without any paper. Dont you?

One more thing....Laws in Mexico???
