Visa Help

Hello Friends ,

I'm 44 years old businessman from India. I really need help to Get Visa to travel Mexico . I tried few months back but Embassy here in India ( New Delhi) refuse by saying that for an Indian Citizen Visa is Done by INM from Mexico City. Can any body help me please.
