General Manufacturing Info on Mexico

hi - i am looking for some general information on manufacturing in mexico.

1) regional concentration of automotive suppliers and their supply base
2) regional concentration of all manufacturing
3) regional labor rates.

is there a brochure from the mexican chamber of commerce or a website where i can get this information?
