MFI, Inc. wants to help in the rebuilding of Cancun and other ravaged areas after the hurricane season. We produce steel insulated panels, and match your designs for pre-fabricated homes and structures. Our products withstand 250 mph winds, are water tight, as well insect and termite resistant. Noteably, it takes very little time to assemble them. A 1200sf structure in 36 man hours. Our structures are strong, attractive, and quick and easy to assemble. Contact us with your questions and orders.

First time using this website, hope you receive message. I have been living in Mexico part time for the past year, in Cozumel, although I travel to Cancun and Merida. Recently established a corporation which will enable me to act as my own contractor.
I am in the process of educating myself further on importing and exporting. Your product interests me. How are sales going for you in the area? Hotels with some cash, tend to just hurry along with the locals to repair and building in a hurry to just get re-opened. Hotels that could afford immediate repair, do not bother investigating products like yours, they bring a crew in and open up again within days... such as the RIU (owned by a Spanish Company)... My backround includes sales and marketing however, I now want to work for myself. I think your product would fair well, if presented to smaller companies, builders/contractors, who get their building requests from Americans. Maybe the larger companies are already purchasing but, having friends there and observing the situation - I don't think so. Would like more information and perhaps we can chat further; have a few ideas. I am going to be very busy for the next two months in Seattle but, still going ahead with business plans in Cozumel. Plan to build rentals in the future, south of Playa del Carmen but, have to take care of business in US first. I also have plenty of homework regarding corporations, importing and exporting. Thanks for your time, VIRGINIA |

Thank you for responding to the message we have placed in this message center [I guess that is what you would call it]. MFI has a great product. We are experiencing difficulty making contacts in Cancun, especially with people that are decision makers on the direction the re-building is going to proceed. My e-mail address in hkochel@juno.com, drop me a line and let's chat to see if their might be some way we can accomodate our product to your interests. Harvey Kochel 817-236-1814 hkochel@juno.com |
