Hello like everyone I need some help. I need to get a copy of some divorce papers to start my husbands immigration papers. His ex wife is not cooperating any suggestions who to contact would be greatly appreciated. In moterrey mexico

If Mexico you will probably have to deal with Mexico City. If US divorce
first you will need a certified copy, then an apostille I think. Contact county recorder/county clerk of the county where the divorce occurred first. After you receive a certified, to obtain an apostille you have to go through the Secretary of State and it is not expensive. The same procedure may work in Mexico, I don't know. Call a notary. |
