Default Art & Spanish Classes this winter?

We would like to rent in Mexico next Feb-March (4-6 weeks) and study painting (Ron) and take Spanish classes (Helen). We will fly and not have a car.
SMA is ideal, but also very very popular, and we're having a hard time finding a rental.
All suggestions as to other charming locations will be most welcome. thanks!

In Tlaquepaque wich is a nice area in Guadalajara is a nice cultural center where they give all kinds of courses of Art. From clay modeling to stainglass courses. Everything is really cheap and will cost around 45 pesos a month with a subscription of 90 pesos. Around the corner of this cultural center we have a combined english and spanish school. You can find information about the school and the thing you can do around here on our website. Learn Spanish in Mexico
