Looking for father:Jesus Manuel Uribe or Iribe Pico
My name is Veronica Duncan-Mendoza/Royat. I'm looking for my biological father Jesus Manuel Uribe or Iribe Pico. He lived in Mexicali about 37 yrs ago. I think he now lives in Tijuana.
